Four and a half months on from the club heading out on its first ride, the first kit has been ordered and is in production.
South London’s finest are looking forward to gracing the roads of Surrey and Kent in the official club jersey and gilet in July. The new kit is inspired by the club’s jersey designs of the 1940s and 50s and incorporates the original logo on the family photograph that started this whole project in November 2015.
You’ll need to be a member to own one of these. You can become a member by registering at British Cycling, before that though, say hello at balhamcyclingclub@btinternet.com and arrange to come out for a ride and a social with us. We’d love to hear from you.
The Club Chairman said: “We’re very proud of launching a black coloured kit in the heat of summer, nearly as much as we were when we launched the club with a ride in January on the coldest day of the year so far.”
